Pageants submit themselves for free each year starting November 1st. Then a committee looks at all the reviews, images of the stage, contestants and prize packages of the nominated profiles and narrows the list to a Top 15. The Top 15 is passed over to industry experts who use their industry knowledge organize the pageants from 1 to 15. Whichever pageant gets the lowest score places 1st, places first. Second lowest score gets second and so on. You can see this year's judging panel below the table of contents.
